1 and 2 = I didn't use computers back then, I dunno lol
3 = Windows 3.x
4 = Windows 95
5 = Windows 98
6 = Windows XP
7 = Windows Vista
8 = Windows 7 (??!?!?)

And that's not including NT, 2000, 98SE, ME, or the Service Pack updates to XP or Vista.

"Windows 7" should be Windows 8 at the bare minimum!

Jeez, that's troubling, especially with all the additional versions you mentioned which by their exclusion are tacitly categorized as insignificant.

It's almost as though they were only counting major version changes, and two of the consecutive versions you mentioned are similarly not rightly considered distinct.

Whatever the case, you've discovered something impressive which has escaped the rest of the technology industry.
