Super Size Me was a worthwhile endeavor because although its point was something obvious everyone should know anyway (fast food is bad for you) it showed to what extent it is unhealthy and in what ways. I find it laughably close-minded that some would claim that this information - if not absolutely necessary - was at least interesting and eye-opening.

It also catered to the basic tendency of most humans to be far more convinced by visual demonstrations and personal accounts rather than dry information and statistics.

The Super Size Me guy is a pretty huge faggot. However, the worst shit is the people who tried to prove him wrong and LOSE WEIGHT by eating at McDonalds. I'm pretty sure they didn't actually eat McDonald's food.

It's really not that bad for you. The problem was mostly that he ate so much food.

I could eat the food there for a month and lose weight, and I'm basically a walking skeleton as is.
