Post     In the dizzy

This is the thread where we talk about any instances of dizziness and loss of equilibrium.

I bring it up because as I was driving home from work this afternoon, I suddenly and almost totally lost equilibrium. I had been feeling fine the whole day up until that moment and everything around me started spinning. I managed to pull over and after a few minutes of sitting outside my car I felt okay enough to drive again, but for the rest of the trip I felt very nauseous and on the verge of vomiting. I got into bed and slept mostly until now, and I feel better, but not 100%.

I didn't do anything different today or recently that I can recall and this is the first time anything like this ever happened to me. Has anyone else ever experienced something similar???

I have major intermittent problems with this, I think due to impacted earwax (OR SOMETHING) and the dizziness tends to generate from my left ear.

In any case, my balance is terrible.

It's interesting that it's correctly written Mega Man yet it's pronounces as a single word. Perhaps it should be Mega-Man.

I don't know about anybody else, but I pronounce it as two separate words.

Rather than 3/37ths of a second between the a and the m, I clock it down to 8/37ths of a second.

I consider it to be a single word since in the games it gets boiled down to one. Also Rock Man in Japan is clearly pronounced as a single word.

I used to pronounce Castlevania as two words, but as I've gotten older I just blend it seemlessly into one.

What I mean is, I'd like to hear an example of someone saying Mega Man as two words, and saying it as one word.

If you want to know what I mean Chris just think about how you pronounce "I am" and "Iambic."
