Do you guys monitor your salt intake?
What sorts of things do you go through to avoid eating too much salt? Since so many foods have too much salt in them. |

I've got some celery and it says a serving's got 10 percent of your goddamn recommended intake. What the FUCK is that about?
The most awesome thing about fast food is that a meal will typically have 120% recommended sodium. |

Yeah what the hell? It's like you try to avoid a high salt intake but there's almost no way to avoid it. Everything you have, especially if its preserved or processed, is pumped full of salt! |

My blood pressure is some preposterously colossal pair of numbers. I can often see parts of my body pulsating while I lie in bed, or feel my teeth clicking together.
I once had a doctor surmise, apparently without measuring, that my blood pressure was low, and that I should increase my salt intake. |

I don't know how you could possibly have a low salt diet.
Anything baked is usually high in salt, as well as cheese, all processed foods (including things like tomato sauce and vegetable-based beverages, and most condiments), Jell-O, etc.
Not to mention that salt is a ridiculously common seasoning. |

Does having a high metabolism have anything to do with having a low blood pressure? Because both apply to me. |

Yeah, fuck sodium. I don't see any reasonable way to avoid it. Not just because everything has it, but because seemingly benign things have just as much, if not more, than obviously salty things (a bowl of Cheerios can have more sodium than a handful of potato chips). |

Peter, do you mean parts of your body twitch involuntarily?
That's strange I have the same condition at night or when I sit in a spot for a prolonged period. |

My blood pressure is on the low side of normal so I have no need to concern myself with my salt intake. However, I do find that I am rather sensitive to salty things and will sometimes just avoid them for taste reasons. |

So is that relevant because it's mostly white, and salt is mostly white? |
