I fucking despise ricotta cheese on pizza. Who the fuck could possibly ENJOY that?

Well, Italian restaurants have it on-hand for various DISHES, and they can throw it on a 3-cheese or 4-cheese pizza to say it's a 4-cheese or 5-cheese pizza.

It's a goddamn travesty.
