Like I said, I watched Sudden Impact a couple months ago and I was like, "GOD DAMN FUCK HELL FUCK YEAH YES!!!" and I put the other Dirty Harry movies in my Blockbuster.com queue, but I'll probably never get them since, after all, they're near the top of the list (inside joke for people who use Blockbuster.com).

Actually it really isn't these days.

Blockbuster has the THING where you can take your movie envelopes into the store and trade them for an in-store movie! It's kind of insane that they're doing it this way, because this results in a situation where the customer's demand for movies starts to outweigh supply (since you basically have more access to movies than you can possibly want to watch), but I guess they REALLY WANT to beat Netflix and with infinite corporate power they can afford it.

For me it makes way more sense to use Blockbuster because it's like three blocks from my house so Derrick and I can just walk down there and trade in our ENVELOPES.

Seriously, an ambitious, on-the-ball person could really gorge themselves on mostly-free movies under this system. You could average 2 movies a day.

If you have the THREE-AT-A-TIME PLAN, you can get your three movies in the mail, watch them, then take them back to the store and trade in all three for three more. With Netflix you have to wait until your movies get mailed back, but with Blockbuster when you return your mailers to the store they scan them in and it triggers their MAIN BIG BROTHER SUPERCOMPUTER that you have returned your mailers, so new movies get on their way to you right then and there. You could get them as early as the next day. Then you watch those three, go back to the store, exchange them, and so on.

The only thing holding you up is Sunday!

Basically you can end up watching a fucking shit-ton of movies for 18 bucks a month.

I almost want to devote myself solely to watching movies, just so I can take maximum advantage of Blockbuster and they will lose money on me.
