I deserve so much pity for this.

As mentioned elsewhere, I might get a hair transplant. Dean Koontz got one! And according to the hair transplant article, but strangely not the Jamie Foxx article, Jamie Foxx got one too.

The only reason I'm hesitant is that my hair is also going to start turning SALT N PEPPA probably before I'm 30 (Life is a nightmare). If I do something as vain as a hair transplant, it will probably allow me to justify dying my hair at a future date, something I never want to do.

But then all my pictures up to this point have me with BEAUTIFUL GOLDEN CURLS, and thanks to motherfucking Seinfeld I feel like that could come back to haunt me if I started shaving my head. To say nothing of how dumb I look with a shaved head!

If you start taking Rogaine before it happens, won't that prevent it?

My dad went totally gray pretty early, like in his 30's. My paternal grandfather isn't bald, but I have no idea about my maternal one.

I don't care that much about going g(r)ay, since there's always hair dye, but yeah, going bald is a horrible nightmare for someone with beautiful hair.

About half of my father's brothers went bald early, but my father is 55 or something now, and he still got a full head of hair that hasn't turned gray at all. My mother's brother is balding, but I don't think I'll take from her side much at all. My hair is pretty much exactly like my father's.

Gray hair can look pretty good on certain people, though, and I wouldn't mind having it.

When I say I shave my head I mean I slice the follicles to a quarter inch or so.

If I go down to the skin it's because I couldn't even out the back properly.
