I'm quite aware of the fact that my points are the same as those used in favour of intelligent design.

There are several important differences, however:

1. I'm not suggesting supernatural agents.
2. They're not small things which we've disected would consider very poorly designed, if they were designed at all.
3. I'm not suggesting the idea of super advanced intelligences at all, I'm merely saying if they existed there isn't any degree of certainty that we would have detected them with our rudimentary abilities.

Also, my objection with theism is logic based, not empirical.
