I was just wondering since I'm usually up at 4 AM and no one is posting on the board, what time do you usually go to sleep? My sleeping schedule in college is fucked up with the amount of coffee I drink, so I'm usually falling asleep whenever the sun is starting to come back up.

If I stay up later, I end up going to bed later on a consistant schedule. But, it's hard for me to backtrack, and go to bed early after I've started staying up later for a few days.

I went to sleep at 8 AM today and woke up at 11:20 AM.

That's not an unusual occurrence. Although most days that that happens, I don't have an exam I needed to be at at 11.

I usually go to sleep between 2 and 3 AM. On days when I need to get up early, I try to get to sleep before 1.

When I was 16 and 17, during summer and winter breaks I would stay up until 7 AM, usually taking walks around 6.

It's kind of depressing realizing how long ago high school was.

My sleeping schedule has always been a mess. Either I sleep too much or too little. For the last few days, I'm been taking anti-depressent meds, and I sleept at 12, and either get up late for work or skip it fully. Yesterday I slept from 12 to like 5pm in the evening.

It's 3:30 now and I don't feel like I could get to bed if I wanted to, but I'll probably feel exhausted around 5 or 6 and ruin tomorrow by sleeping until 3.

I get home from work at 2am. most every night I'll say to myself "just go to bed right away so you can get up early and do stuff in the day" but every single time it's up til 5 and sleep til noon.

I don't even have anything important to before noon anyway so i'm not too sure why i try to go to bed as soon as possible after work.

I usually go to bed around midnight on weekdays, and I get up at 6:15, but apparently I can't function on anything less than 8-10 hours of sleep anymore. I mean, I can always deal with normal tiredness, but this is an intense fatigue like I've never known before.

Every god damn day I go to work like a zombie. I'm constantly having to fight off sleep. I was sitting in training with my manager the other day, and I fell asleep sitting up right in front of him.
