If my appearance had to be human, I'd probably just make myself look like Christian Bale, except I'd retain my height because I'm used to it and it's nice and appropriate.

I would look the same except I'd have a big thick beard like King Leonidas, cybernetically enhanced limbs and eyesight, and balls the size of cantalopes. I'd still be skinny so I can wear tight pants and hook up with hipster chicks, but as a cyborg I would be able to reduce any mortal man to a pile of festering meat and ground bones in a matter of seconds.
