Shin Chan isn't really all that bad, but it's not that great either. As far as shitty Japanese attempts at postmodern humor, and shows that have "Chan" in them, it's much better than Super Milk Chan.

I don't really understand the similarity between Home Movies and Reno 911. I usually can't stand Reno 911, though.

I have always loved Home Movies!

It's pretty much the only thing on adult swim that I ever cared about, besides the occasional ATHF episode or early Sealab.
