I've been on an emulator expedition as of late. And, I just found a D.S emulator!

It's in the early beta stages so not every game works with it, now. ( here's the list )

The roms are in a torrent pack, but only take up to a day with a good connection (and, if you have utorrent like me, you can pick and choose which roms you like and dump the rest).
