Wii U, and its pretty much the best looking game out on it.

I hadn't played a Mario Kart since N64! I skipped out on the Gamecube and Wii versions of it as well most of the portable ones.

I just recently got MK7 as a cheap bargain for the 3DS. So all this new to me now, but its damn fun!

You can set up online tournaments in MK8 in a similar way as the new Mario Golf. I hadn't tried it yet but there's also voice chat in the lobby before you race online as well. I guess Nintendo didn't want you talking during a race?

BlazBlue: Chrono Phastasma - Holy shit, the storyline in this series just keeps getting more abysmal. It's basically Naruto now, up to and including the male/male/female protagonist line up and all the revived Japanese deity nonsense (OK Japan, we get it, you really like Shinto gods. Enough with Izanami already.). It also manages to out anime every anime in creation. The big breast fixation humour is completely out of control. Story mode was basically a fifteen hour visual novel. Abhorrent design.

They did manage to introduce two playable characters that I don't completely loathe. Impressive for this series because the only one worth a damn until now was the super bitchy vampire girl (And the yandere robot girl to a lesser extent.). Azrael is basically something Vinny would design. He's a heavily muscular asshole that wants to cannibalize his opponents and fights BARE KNUCKLE in a game where every character wields a weapon with a long-winded back story. One of his attacks is just him projecting his fighting aura. Plus he wears a single leather chap. It's pretty great. And then there's Bullet. She's a hot slut in short shorts. Either way, this will probably be better than that new Guilty Gear game they're making. That shit looks ugly. End of review!

The first time I chose to play as her I immediately pronounced her name "Burret" in the most overtly racist way possible and then the game did the exact same thing two seconds later. It was a magical time.

If any of you guys have Xbox Live Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition is free until the 30th of this month. Then the Ultra Street Fighter IV upgrade is $15 after that.

I need FRIENDS so we can form a team so I can get the win a TEAM MATCH achievement.

Did they even redo the models or movesets at all for the 4 characters they swapped over from Street Fighter Vs Tekken? Was anything meaningful changed between SUPER ARCADE and ULTRA?

I'd play Mario Kart 8 (and WiiU in general) but every time I go to play it the controller is dead, and by the time it's charged I don't feel like playing, and by the time I DO feel like playing again, the controller is dead again.

Yeah the controller doesn't seem to hold a charge for very long. Do you have one of those cradle charger things? I got one of the black WiiUs that had more memory or something and it came with that.

I do, but I only have four halfway convenient outlets for it, and those are generally taken by the WiiU, PS3, TV, and computer.

I guess I should probably just get a power strip.
