I'm receiving transcranial magnetic stimulation at Beth Israel in Boston.

Thus far, it's been the only thing that has ever scratched the surface of my depression. But it's gone way beyond that, and fucking decimated it off the face of the planet.

I have a lot of external stressors (heroin brother, orange man, 30) but the internal stuff is like - it's not there. I cannot believe just how insanely depressed I've been since I was 14.

It's the same treatment that a prolific Asperger's autobiographer received, who stated it allowed him to respond much more emotionally to his world (ie, neurotypically). He's more than likely an outlier, but neuropsychologists there straight up told me that it seems to have a resonant effect for people who have NLD. So I have hope.

I got an internship at as a tech writer at a startup and I'm pretty good at it! I might just be able to sustain myself yet!!
