Iran-us news is currently very positive and people are being optimistic for a diplomatic breakthrough.

However, I know what all this is. This is usual Obama bullshit to show what a Peace President he is, and how he is so willing to extend his niggerly outstretched hands. But they will cook up some stupid excuse, have all the talks fall apart, and then blame Iran. This will give the perception that Obama was realling going the extra mile to make peace with his enemies, but unfortunatelly, everyone but the Americans are just dicks.

I don't know anything about Rouhani's domestic policies, but I do like that, unlike Ahmadinejad, his foreign policy consists of more than just trolling the West. I think it would be good for both the United States and Iran if they could become friendly, if not allies. Friendship with America could go a long way toward relaxing or removing sanctions against Iran and America could get a better friend in the Mideast than, well, anyone else in the Mideast.
