This is the JJ Abrams version.

I think this was worth watching; though you can't tell it's a remake of Star Trek two until half an hour in.

I thought it was lame that Kirk survived though. But having him survive and then not khan blah blah blah would demoralize the audience.

My only issue with the movie was that it was a little long; I don't like it when movies don't finish off perfectly.
