I've defeated Mom's Heart (including It Lives) 11 times, but I haven't defeated Satan yet.

This is immensely addicting. I managed to beat MOM extremely early (Maybe 2 or 3 hours in, probably my fourth or fifth attempt.) because I had an unprecedented string of great items. Shoop Da Whoop (DURR HURR INTERNETS) would decimate every boss, my bloody Jesus tears destroyed every enemy almost instantly, every secret passage was open and I had around 9 hearts. I probably could have beaten it even earlier but I made a deal with the devil without knowing I would permanently lose two hearts. Lesson learned.

Cain so far is my favorite to do runs with, since he never gets bad pills. I also take probably more chances than I should, especially when it comes to blood machines.

I should practice with Judas, however, so that I can master not taking damage. I like how the game rewards you with powerful items when you get achievements---not just gives you the stupid fake points.

I've also put off Wrath of the Lamb since it is much harder than the vanilla game, but almost feel comfortable enough getting it. I couldn't imagine, at the moment, surviving a ??? run. Only being allowed soul hearts sounds like a nightmare.

Man, I've been playing so poorly since I made it to Sheol last time. Worst combination of shit items and stupid playing.

Killed It Lives again. Got to Satan, but I was low on health. Got destroyed by those two demon dudes before you actually get to fight Satan.

Don't know why I didn't unlock Eve before last night. Beat Mom's Heart in her first run, but no Sheol.

The only time I have been in Sheol, I made it to Satan, got to the two devil round, killed one just as the other killed me.

I fought Satan once after killing the demons, but he is insanely powerful and I don't know if I'd be able to kill him without a million spirit hearts.

I watched some stream of this guy beat Satan with about five hits. He had full damage and Mom's knife. It was insane.
