You play someone with no memory wandering through the nuclear wasteland left after Chernobyl. You run around kill mutants and completing quests. It sounds pretty entertaining (hopefully it will be modded to include more rpg elements than it has), and it's supposed to have a creepy atmosphere which is the other reason I'm interested. There aren't enough good horror games.

Based on the system requirements and what this computer has I should have no problems running it. Of course that's not always a good indicator. God, I still have a gig left before it's done downloading.

Yeah that happened to me my freshman year. Generally the issue is uploading files not downloading them (I have no idea why). Of course with torrent I don't know how you can get around doing that.

Yeah, I had like 20 torrents open and the one they caught me with was one I had open for weeks (of course it's the one I downloaded for a class)

Yeah I lost internet for a couple of weeks and had to write a faggy paper about copyright laws.

I'll definately purchase the game if it's any good. I'm actually pretty excited about people modding it and possibly including more rpg elements (because I'm an rpg fag).

Well fuck...

The version I downloaded had a corrupted file. I found a decent torrent that does work (as confirmed bother others on a forum), but I just went out and bought the fucking game for 35 bucks. I didn't feel like waiting two days to download and try a game I'll inevitably end up buying.
