They are a pretty good band to listen to while drinking, I did not care for the guys voice at first but it grows on you if you listen enough.

It's becoming steadily apparent that the nature of my NLD inhibits more natural communication on a relative scale that I would've hoped to believe. Taking videos of myself, I notice my flat affect and lack of facial expressions - they are not inherent, I must put myself through a workout smiling, furrowing, grimacing - with too much expression, like trying to cut a precision line with a mace.

To keep every single non-verbal gesture in the back of your pocket on a second-to-second basis is naught but exhausting. I keep trying to kick my ass to go to this AS group uptown, but I'm afraid to look into the eyes of the people who cannot truly "see," people like me.

I remember The Red Chord played the Warped Tour when I was in 9th grade and it was the only time I ever saw anything badass happen at Warped Tour. People were climbing on top of each other in the pit and hitting each other with garbage cans like a goddamn wrestling match.
