The gatherers, some of the kilngon homeworld episodes, were far better than anything starring Q

The last Q episode was good; but the other ones were just "duh I'm theldorrin being a nerd is cool",

unlike the very best Klingon homeworld episodes which are like "Star Trek is a surprisingly good series; even ahead of it's time compared to Voyager"

-Definitely the best episode of the first season.

-Introduction of the Borg

Deja Q
-Q becomes mortal

Tapestry
-Picard dies and gets to relive parts of his life

All Good Things
-Series finale, and probably the best series finale of a television show.

Man, I REALLY am going slow with this TEFL course. I just hate writing papers!

I really wish I had gone to Hawaii instead; but I made my parents pay for this course so I guess I might as well finish it

I also moved away from Austin because I *hate* that overrated dump. The city has the worst traffic problem on this side of LA.

I'm pretty sure there are other cities east of LA with serious traffic problems. Many cities, in fact, are located east of LA.

I wonder why I left out a trip to Memphis in which I was invited to a wedding.

I like memphis more than I used to, but what a shithole! Still better traffic than Austin. Then again, I suppose driving through such otherwise dangerous neighborhoods makes up for it

The wedding had good food and was paid for by a doctor. I also slept a lot because memphis is dangerous and boring; much like life.

So I decided to live in the Santa Cruz mountains to volunteer for some semi-shintoist folks and help them farm.

Yesterday, I went to Santa Cruz and bought 2 dollar wine from trader Joes, as well as some hydrocortizone and technu from CVS (because I had caught poison oak several days earlier; perhaps through lumberjacking or a dirty mattress)

California is trippy. Some skateboarder started talking to me while I was sitting at a bench and we wound up toking under a bridge and discussing politics and history under a bridge for several hours.

I didn't have to introduce the trilateral commission, CIA drug trafficking (these are facts that people think are conspiracies) because he knew way more about that shit then I did.

Then my coworker helped me not get lost by phone (I got lost from tripping. Luckily, Santa Cruz isn't as confusing as Austin) and then listened to music for a few hours.

Today I transplanted bell pepper seeds. THe master told me to be extra careful because those things will turn in to 20 lbs. pepper so don't fuck with them while they are seeds

On Friday, I had my birthday. One of the farmers gave me some sort of special thermal socks and some vegan cookies on my birthday.

On Saturday I visited santa cruz and had this all you can eat inidan buffet for 7.50. I should have gone there first; but instead I went to Joes first and had a sandwich. For some reason my phone connection isn't working and uses way
less power. Some guy named Yuichi moved in but I decided to stay in my quarters one more night before moving out in to the cabins.

A coworker of mine left the farm. She gave me a rock and a hug before she left

FOOD BARGAINS

Firstly, fuck fast food. Any bargains they have aren't that filling, or aren't good in the way of nutritional value or even energy

Secondly, buffets. Not cheap but guaranteed to fill if you're REALLY hungry or know how to work up an appetite. Great once or twice a week

Microwave Ramen is horrible for you but gives some quick morning energy

I used to think rice and pasta (mixed in with a few variables such as eggs or potatoes) were the best deal; but beans and lentils have far better nutritional value, so I will rule in favor of beans and lentils.

I like mixing black beans and rice then throwing sausage into the mix 3 ingredients and usually very good. (Sausage has all the flavoring in it mostly)

When I would go to lunch I could be really cheap and go to Wendy's and get 2 chicken sandwiches a small fry and small frosty for 4.28 otherwise any other fast food would cost more. Otherwise I would get a microwave meal for about $2.50 and be full enough.

I have never been able to eat a lot at buffets but I do not eat the right foods and fill up and mac n cheese quickly. If I paced myself I could probably clean house but then I would hate myself forever after.
