I'm in a bit of a rut. I have a membership at a garbage gym because it's only $10 a month. The place smells like an anime convention, the machines are covered in grime, there aren't enough ellipticals or treadmills to go around and they don't even have any rowing machines. I'm never pumped about going there because it's always a disgusting experience, but I also don't want to spring for a more expensive membership at a better gym only to end up going there just as infrequently as my current one. Also, the gym is run by scumbags and they make it really difficult to cancel your membership.

So I mostly just do bicycle crunches at home and ride my bike a few days a week, which effectively does nothing because I drink hell of beer all the time.

I got pretty fat for a while. For me, at least. I was around 140 at my worst, possibly more. I'm pretty sure an antidepressant was to blame. I lost it all again once I stopped that medication, got on Wellbutrin, started counting calories every day, and then barely ate anything for a week due to a terrible flu over Christmas.

I got down to 115, but now I'm hovering around 120-125 again. I stopped Wellbutrin cold turkey last week, so I'm hoping that the weight doesn't come back. If it does, I'll just count calories obsessively again, I guess. I got rid of my "fat pants" and replaced them with nicer smaller pants, and I do NOT want to spend more money again!

I was running for a while, and enjoyed that, but I had to quit last September due to randomly developing some kind of weird arthritis shit in my feet and hands. I thought I was going to have to get a wheel chair - I couldn't walk, at times. So, even if I had time (two jobs + school), I'm kinda terrified to try exercise again.
