There's no danger unless you were using that password in multiple places.

A good practice is to have a few passwords of varying strength applied appropriately (bank gets strong, Gawker gets weak, etc). So now I have to retire my weak password.

It's actually crazy that their passwords were compromised. Like, yeah, I do a ton of super lazy development, but I'm just one dude without access to a system administrator or often access to the system at all. And these people aren't even familiar with hashing? So disturbing.
