One of people's advise for depression, for me, was to change my life. So I did, and moved completely to Iran two weeks back. It has done fuck all for my depression.

Changing your life includes more than just a change of scenery. You didn't honestly expect living in a different place would make you happy, did you?

If you don't work out, then start working out. If you do too many drugs, do less drugs. If you don't know how to talk to girls, make an effort to learn how. Those are the type of things that constitute changing your life (for the better). And obv they're just examples, I don't know u like dat

I'm away at college now, and it didn't change shit. I still stay in my room on the computer most of the day, although I don't want to. I've been trying to do the socialize thang, but it's difficult. Change is inside you, doesn't really matter where you are

Changing the scenery when it comes from Dubai to Iran forces you to change your full life, dude. This is not going from one US state to another. The countries are vastly different, so it forces you to change a lot in your life.

For example, there is no bars, so thats a change in my life. At the moment, i also dont have a car, so I walk to work (Ive never did that in my life, ever). I dont have a TV. Also, I smoked hashish and opium. None of the things I am used to are around me, nor the people, nor the way of life.

The About Page for this 5 star hotel not only has misspellings and not only does the "more" part of the page doesnt give you more, but the About Me part of it seems to actually be COPIED from the wiki page on them, not even removing the [citation needed] part
