It's much like how Kill Bill was inspired by martial arts films but was better than the vast majority of martial arts films. Since blaxploitation movies, on the whole, are much shittier than martial arts flicks Black Dynamite is easily one of the best ones.

It's a little too much of a parody at points but the fighting is infinitely better than shit like Dolemite.
