This movie (Paranormal Activity) is very good. You have to tolerate the homemade style, which I guess is kryptonite for a lot of people, but I found it pretty effective. The ending was a little doofy and I guess it was a change suggested by Steven Spielberg with the original being a little subtler.

I plan on seeing this on Friday. From what I hear it's exponentially better than Blair Witch Project, which was an overhyped piece of shit.

I have heard a lot of positive reviews about this movie, so I may actually go and see it in spite of me not being much of a horror fan.

In all fairness, the movie was made on a super low budget. I guess I wasn't impressed because I expected there to be more scares and the actual scare is the perpetual idea that something will happen.

I was surprised that this movie was pretty good. I was expecting something more aimless and dumbass like Blair Witch but the movie does a good job of staying interesting despite not much happening. The banter between the couple (Katie and Micha) was fairly grating in the beginning but once they start actually discussing the demons with the psychic and everything after that the acting is good. It also was good that Katie was hot in the flawed girl next door type of way that Jenna Fischer is and she has big boobs.

This movie was horrible and far from "The Scariest Movie Ever" as it's being labeled. And Katie wasn't hot, she was fat. A big fat blob that had a decent scream. The biggest problem I had with this movie was that it was a big build up to nothing. I kept waiting for everything to spiral out of control but nothing ever happened except Katie gets out of bed at 3 am. When the demon made the Ouija board catch on fire I was thinking "Okay, it's about to get interesting" and nothing happened except some douche runs around and yells at his attic. The ending with her throwing the guy at the camera and looking possessed was horrible. I also saw the original ending with her rocking back and forth and the cops shooting her too and that was just as bad as the theatrical ending. It was boring and long and Katie looked like she has really pungent farts.

The scariest part of the movie is how realistic it seems. They even had a plot for carrying around the camera which at times seemed very ridiculous.

This movie sucked shit and was horrible. All the good things that people say about it are lies. It's not scary, the acting is bad and the titties are subpar at best.
