| I don't know what you mean by chrome. I'm pretty sure Corel Paint can do all of this stuff but it does cost like 300 dollars and this seems to cost 20 so yeah. |

There's a trace feature in the free one! It makes it much easier to see what your paintings would look like if you had talent. |
