I know the guy is fat and hard to look at, and whatever he's covered in in those pictures is disgusting, but I really doubt these girls are like "Oh man, I'm really earning my paycheck today. It's one thing to suck a goofy muscular guy's dick while he makes horrible noises and non sequiturs, but a gross fat guy's?"

I guess it's possible he's as dirty as he looks but I don't see how that would make production any easier or affect the final presentation in any way.
