This is a good question.

You really have to define "item" though.

Is a thread an item? If so, then does that make individual posts something less than "one item?" And if a thread is an item, why not a whole board? And so on.

I don't know, but I'm almost certain that whatever I choose would be from the first year.

If I could restore the first forums to life, oh man. I'm talking all three months (?) of DBZU, the original MPP before Mike destroyed it, the original FTU, all that stuff. It would be awesome.

I suspect that most stuff from 2000, while we all badly want to see again for the lack of having it, is the kind of thing that, upon actually coming face-to-face with it again, you'd want it to be destroyed forever.
