Oh yeah, and the clothes thing. I've been doing that, too. It's like, eh, nothing happened to this outfit, it's still fine. I was wearing this outfit with a green sweater the weekend before St. Patricks day, and by St. Patricks day I was still wearing the green sweater, so I felt gay once I realized it, because I wasn't TRYING to wear green on purpose, it was just still there from the weekend.

I remember in high school I was extremely preoccupied with having enough clothes. Wearing the same outfit in the same week was obviously out of the question... wearing the same thing more than one day in a row? NEVER.

Now I couldn't give a fuck if I know I'm not going to be around people who might remember or care. I still wouldn't wear the same clothes multiple days to a job, though. (Unless they had uniforms. Personally, I think uniforms are awesome.)

I really, REALLY hate picking out clothes, or buying new ones. I'm perfectly content to just find a few comfortable things I like and wear them all the time, instead of trying to amass a giant collection of clothing and figuring out billions of different outfit combinations with different stupid accessories.

I remember one time in highschool I went clothes shopping, and three of my friends came with me. We got high on the way to the mall, and when we got there, all three of them kept trying to give me advice on what clothes to buy.

Each of them kept picking out clothes that looked exactly like whatever he was wearing, and I felt so strongly that they were trying to control me, I left without buying a single thing.

That sounds melodramatic, but it was like they were forcing me to choose sides or something.

Yes, showering before something important is essential.

If you DO shower every day, I don't think there's anything wrong with that!

All I'm saying is I just found some benefits to not showering every single day that I didn't know would happen, so it's kind of nice, and I'm sure it uses less water (duhhr) and energy and all that shit.
