I played some Wii Bowling a few weeks ago, and it got me interested.

I fucking hit four strikes in a row on the Wii, my first time ever playing, and man, if I can in any way translate that to real bowling, I dunno lol.

Does anyone else here bowl?

I bowl sometimes, and I also play Wii bowling sometimes. It does not translate.

My regular bowling score rarely cracks 100 and I nearly got a perfect game on Wii bowling. Chris is such a dumbass!

I hover around the 50-60 range, but I've cracked 30 once.

My average is also around the 50-60 range. My form could use some work. I only play once every few months so I never bothered to improve.

Bowling is never really a positive experience for me.

I sit there bored out of my mind for at least 75% percent of the time while other people take their turns. And then I finally get to go, and I'm invariably dissapointed by how short my turn is and by how poorly I roll.

I spend a majority of my time drinking when I go bowling. If it isn't my turn, you'll probably find me at the bar, doing shots.

You really want to be a good sport, but it's impossible not to get pissed off when you finally get your thirty seconds of fun after eight minutes of waiting, and you don't perform to your expectations.

I guess my average is in the mid 100s, but the range is very wide. Sometimes I've bowl almost all strikes inexplicably and next game I get below 80.

I usually bowl around 100 I guess. Any of you guys ever play candlepin? It's a New England variation on bowling that's like halfway between bowling and skee ball. I used to be able to DOMINATE that shit when I was younger, but last time I played it I found it a lot more difficult to control than regular bowling.

Looking back on it, Obama probably would be the guy to practice for his high-profile bowling event by playing Wii and then be totally shocked when it doesn't work.
