i lived in a hotel for over a month before I got my passport so I could go to Germany. It was nice and they had free beer Tuesdays and Thursdays. they had wine and shit to but I went for the beer.

I actually might just go back to work at the insurance company. My boss there regarded me fairly well.

I probably won't get my old job back - before I left he made it clear that the department was on a hiring freeze (they wouldn't even hire people to replace anyone who'd left before I did) - but he could probably help me get in to a different department.
