In New Orleans, people are "buried" above ground. We just put them in giant caskets and then cover the caskets in dirt and rocks and stuff.

New Orleans cemetaries are tourist attractions because of this.

BJ Blazkowicz doesn't really have anything going for him except a great Polish name and the fact that he battled through a NAZI CASTLE to fight Hitler/Robot Hitler which is pretty funny but easy to be blase about this day and age. I voted for Dolemite which could never in a million years be confused with Supafly.
