I remembered something from years ago where I think Andre mentioned he wasn't allowed to cross the streets. I might be misremembering something though, but it seems so real in my head.

I don't know I get the impression Utils would be more insane and he'd definately cheat and use any scumbag method he could come up with to win. Andre just doesn't have it in him to beat somebody down.
