This is the guy who was behind so many (impeachment caliber) scandals no one can remember them all because he shot them at us rapid fire. The prize for his false ingratiation to the next president and his lip-biting regret over some small subset of his psychotically puerile chest thumping should be that he can't appear in public without at least one person caving in his face Baki-style.
