I'm eating exactly what you describe and I'm currently in a state of regaining a LOT of weight and losing the muscle I've put on over the past few years because I'm depressed as fuck. I'm not bitter that you say you're losing weight, it's just that I actually know and care about health and nutrition so I know that you are full of shit when you imply that your diet is a healthy one.
