Reagan's domestic policies were awful. So awful, that I wonder how he didnt turn the US in to a 3rd world nation

The answers of course, are debt, immigration, and local governments more farsighted than the fed.

Still, I would like to get your input. Aside from resorting to deficit spending, which of reagan's domestic policies were actually GOOD?
