No, although it plays like a rhythm game. Little circles appear on the screen and you tap them in tune to the music. It's basically the best thing ever.

Yeah, both Elite Beat Agents and Osu! Tatakae! Ouendan are super fucking good. The former has slightly better gameplay but I prefer the SETTING (super manly men screaming at a kid to study harder) of the second.

I'm just ECSTATIC since Ouendan didn't sell for shit in Japan and probably made most of its money via imports. EBA sequels were guaranteed but I'm surprised Ouendan is getting a second shot.
