But the tie rule has been in place since my first game. Don't get mad at it when you should have read it, contacted me for clarification if necessary, and fought against it.

Brett, I'm sorry that in Vinny's game Peter lost it for you or whatever, but this is not illegitimate. I say every single time that people NEED to read the rules. This has always BEEN the rule - what would have happened otherwise? Sudden death?
