Well, to answer that question you almost asked, Mario Kart is the only racing game I've ever enjoyed. Though I did like Konami Krazy Racers because they chose Gray Fox and Dracula over Snake and Simon Belmont. Plus it was basically Mario Kart.

I've never found motorized vehicles to be all that apple pealing to begin with.

Nor I, but any game with Mario in the title is generally fun, simple, and works well with a crowd. I imagine that any soccer game not called Mario Strikers would be completely unbearable.

Konami Krazy Racers lost it's appeal after a few hours of play. Kart games aren't exactly known for their depth, but come on guys, at least make an attempt!
