If you look at the pictures for pasta recipes, they're generally nicely mixed. |

I forgot how filling those can be. take spaghetti o's or chef boyardee with some milk and thats a quick fix. I'm going to write that down in my diet plan

From a presentation standpoint, sauce on top of a bed of pasta usually looks better.
But I always mix it up before I eat it, if it's not already mixed in.
Otherwise you might have some really sauce-filled bites, and some mostly noodle bites, which is not acceptable. |
