Fuck, Confucious had it figured OUT. He says to encourage Shao music, but to forbid Cheng music for being dissolute
If I had only known this earlier! |

Doctrinal crap like that is why Confucianism had to be made in to something of a religion despite being a philosophy |

When people get to 10,000, they should stop posting with that account, and, instead, create a new account, to post with. |

I had no idea the guy that sang that song looked so much like my explosively homosexual friend Andrew Carbonne! |

Your sexual attraction to other human beings (assuming you have any left) is based primarily on smell. This attractive smell is often related to the olefactory attraction to food. For example, many different kinds of cheese are indistuinguishable from feces in a blind smell test. Also, oysters smell like semen and are considered an aphrodesiac. |

Anybody who is remembered as a great artist or writer after his or her death acheived this success through complete misanthropy and disatisfaction with life. People acheive multiple levels of comfort through paying attention to people who are even more miserable them themselves, and this is what motivates the elation of artists. Even then, while magazines, schools, and various other media try to make you believe that the reverence of these particular artists is universal, there are millions, even billions of people on earth who have not heard of any of them and wouldn't care to know of them and would be completely bored and unenthused if exposed to any of their work. Their undying fame and immortality exists only in the minds of a tightly-knit inbred civilization that spends its time teaching its pathetic hero worship to their children instead of reaching out to the rest of the world and uniting. |

It seems as though such a high post count does little to boost the popularity of oneself at FTU, though perhaps such popularity would be meaningless in the face of many regulars here - a stark contrast to numerous other forums which reside within the shadows of the Internet. _________________
