I've been vomiting and shitting blood. A blood test revealed my white cell count was incredibly low. Does this make me the first FTU member to get AIDs or Cancer? It's pretty exciting, although I don't know how I'd get AIDs unless it's an immaculate infection.

That said, it could also be a bleeding ulcer and not AIDs or Cancer.
