I just remembered the time ForthHorseman told everyone to check his IP if they doubted he was in the Netherlands and when the IP indicated he wasn't, he explained that his aunt had bought him the computer in the Netherlands so he thought the IP would say so

I thought it was that when the IP came up saying he was in Virginia, he said the computer was bought in Virginia and so the IP followed him to the Netherlands.

Either way, he was amazing.

His name was Rudolph and he was like a proto-Mautty in that he was a minority who constantly lied about his wealth.
