I have been eating virtually the same food for about 15 days now.

Walnuts, cheeses, pretzels, fruit juice, potatoes and buttertarts are basically my main diet. Although I recently got some Boost pudding and I've shifted that in as well. It tastes pretty wretched, but it's very easy to eat.


Morgan, I wanted to ask you what tests you took regarding your own digestive system.

My friend who used to be lactose intolerant was just describing how cheese and yogurt were not that bad for him as long as the cheese was aged.

How long have you been? He used to drink 2-3 milks a day in high school then it just appeared in him and after a while he would take pills so he could drink milk and I think a this point in his life it is mostly gone as long as he does not over do it in dairy.

Theldorrin, the only "test" I had was a colonoscopy. They found a bunch of ulcers and diagnosed me with ulcerative colitis.

I'd like to get officially tested for celiac disease, but I would be surprised if I had it. Or I don't know, maybe not. I do believe I am gluten intolerant/sensitive, because cutting gluten out of my diet has made a difference. When I eat things with gluten in them now, I get a stomach ache, gas, supreme fatigue, nausea, and/or explosive shits. Usually a combination of these. I guess the difference is really apparent now since I'm not ingesting poison every single day.

For some reason, the last two times I ate sausage (heheheh) I had awful liquid fire shits within an hour of ingestion. I guess some sausage might have gluten in it since wheat is used as a binder in a lot of different things.
