First of all let me clarify that I have played the mass effect games to the point of being sick of them.

The thing about Mass Effect 3, is that although a surprisingly good game, gets overrated on the basis that it is not bad. The game really isn't written very well


Although I believe the theory that Shepard is dreaming or hallucinating near the end, the endings still sucked. And one reason why not everyone believes its a dream is because the writing was such overrated ass in the first place that it really doesn't matter.

While Mass effect 2 came with a lot of quasi-free DLC content to make up for the games' shortcoming, in Mass effect 3 we have to pay extra for content that IS ALREADY ON THE FUCKING DISC!!! That's pretty inexcusable


For these reasons alone the game doesn't deserve more than an 8. Also, this game really isn't as well written as idiots think it is, so I will give it a 7.

That said, it's not as if there shouldn't be a general video game thread or whatever; I just figured I'd take the attention whore route instead of doing it to someone elses thread

I guess I could have posted in this in my journal. Whatever; it's not important to any one not as petty as Jason
