It pleases me because I've always heard that an Avengers movie couldn't be done. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

**POSSIBLE SPOILERS**
This movie was p cool, but there were a lot of stupid things too. Why did Thor lose his powers for 30 seconds? What good exactly did the red lever do? What the hell does "I'm always angry" mean?
What I did like was that this movie has officially made it OK to call women "quim" to their face.

Are you talking about being on the beach? Thor did not lose his powers but it was after everyone was fighting and Thor was reflecting on his actions and what is happening.
The red lever slowed the engine down a bit after it got a jump start giving Iron Man a window to get out. Now why was that fail safe physically there and installed in the first place because who else could push that propeller in the 1st place.
"I'm always angry" is a great line to say before Hulking up on will. Obviously if he always has himself at a certain level of anger that he can control it is better than being calm and having a chance to spike up. Also he probably could control the Hulk at that time but thought he was a curse and there was no gift to it so he did not care to ever unleash it.
Peter are you trying to create problems with the movie for the sake of argument or did these truly upset you? |

***POSSIBLE SPOILERS***
My only gripes were that when Thor, Iron Man and Captain America were fighting amongst themselves they came up with cool team up moves that they never used in the end conflict. The end battle was good about not focusing on one person for too long also and mostly showed people teaming up.
I would have liked to see Thor super charge Iron Man again in the final fight since it seemed to be very helpful and Tony Stark would think to utilize something like that.
Also when fighting on the ground I thought it would be cool for Captain America to motion to Thor to strike his shield again. It would temporarily stun them but the shockwave could have knocked the enemies harder since they would not expect it. |

There's a moment after Thor breaks out of the box and finds his hammer where it seems like his hammer won't return to him. The next time they show him, he doesn't seem to have this problem anymore. |

I thought it was that seen. I think it was just him deep in thought. It was an odd scene though. |

I wasn't sure how to interpret it, but I figured it was a momentary loss in confidence or something, or he felt unworthy to wield mighty Mjolnir. |

He kept calling the humans petty but he himself was partaking. Does that stuff happen in the comics where Thor's hammer meets Captain America's shield? |

Captain America's shield is very special.
It can easily survive strikes by Thor or the Hulk. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

Yeah I had to look it up a while back. Adamantium is a synthetic metal meant to imitate Captain America's shield of Vibranium (then again this could just be one of the back stories since every writer takes certain liberties with every characters back story.) |

Everything about this movie was pretty badass. I admit not being much of an Avengers fan, but I liked each of their movies up to this point and FUCK it just felt like the entire buildup of post-credit scenes was worth it, like when Raoh and Toki teamed up to take out Souther's goons.
