I was thinking about the nature of one hit wonders, and what that means today.
Like if you take Macklemore, his only song to do really well on Billboard is Thrift Shop. If this is the best he ever does, in the past he would have been considered a one hit wonder. But the fact is that his song Same Love is a viral hit, and the song Can't Hold Us is featured in a commercial. I'm sure there are other acts that fit this description too, and I don't think we can really consider them one hit wonders.
