Chris if you do not play many PC games or use Windows software you should try using Linux. Ubuntu 10 is completely free and very easy to install. I installed it on an old laptop and it just needed to update my graphics driver but wireless worked right off the bat. Also most software you could want is easily accessible. I also had no problem reaching from Ubuntu to my Win 7 computer.

If all games were supported on Linux I would switch. I bought the PC version of the humble bundle a while back and I wonder if I can still download the Linux version of braid.
