Looks like South Park WAS right!
Also, looks like "scientific concensus" means jack shit, when you're dealing with "science" that is engineered and paid for by the establishment.
I WONDER WHAT OTHER MAJOR EVENT OF THE LAST DECADE UTILIZED ESTABLISHMENT-FUNDED SCIENCE TO EXPLAIN THE EVENT, AND HOW RELIABLE *THAT* SCIENCE IS???
Fucking authority-trusting teat-suckers!!!!!!!!!!

A brief summary of what is salient about this:
The stolen material comprised more than 1,000 e-mails, 2,000 documents, as well as commented source code, and models pertaining to climate change research covering a period from 1996 until 2009.[13] It included discussions of scientific data and how to combat the arguments of climate change sceptics, unflattering comments about sceptics, queries from journalists, drafts of scientific papers, keeping scientist who have contrary views out of peer-review literature[14], and talk of destroying various files in order to prevent data being revealed under the Freedom of Information Act. |

I see.
So by that rationale, when I combat theism, it means that theism is correct? _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

Did you even read that summary, Chris? Please take a few moments to read it and think about what it means. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

I especially like how Chris seems to think that this one university is the linchpin of global warming. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

I also like that Chris thinks the 'establishment' is in favour of climate change. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

Let's play a game where we try to determine what errors of reasoning and fact Chris isn't guilty of in this particular thread. _________________ @}-,-'- *~*~* Member of the FTU Elegant Tea Party Society *~*~* -'-,-{@ |

Would anybody dispute that Chris is in the bottom 5 of current posters in terms of intelligence? Like obviously "intelligence" is a difficult thing to quantify but if you look at it as a ratio of successful applications of critical thinking to failed or ignored applications of critical thinking, for instance. _________________ "Cogito ergo sum (I think therefore I am)" Plato

Actually geez by that metric he is unquestionably the bottom. I can't imagine even John Buis shooting as often and missing as badly as Chris does. |
