I'm also interested in Assassin's Creed 2, it sounds neat.

Hard Rain is the best new campaign I've played so far, but they're all pretty amazing.

It is a lot more intense with sound alone than the first one. It also doesn't encourage you to hang back and regroup for a minute you need to constantly push forward.

Plus there is a very significant amount of special zombies per game also.

I ran into 10 witches during Hard Rain and a couple of times they were back to back.

I think Jockeys and Chargers occur more often than the old ones though.

Boomer Bile is a very nice add on to the game also.
